BioModel team reconstructed changes of natural habitats of Black Grouse – Lyrurus/Tetrao tetrix (Linnaeus, 1758) – in GLOBIO Ukraine Region (and outskirts) in 1928s untill present. Picture (left) is a reconstruction of its natural habitats based on historical vegetation map. Main causes of change includeds: deciduous forest fragmentation (because of land use change), disturbance and probably climate change.
